The shop is on the left hand side after up the North lift on the 2nd floor. I came with mum who wanted a dress. The experienced female shop assistant is very good at coordination. The clothes look nice by themselves but they would be even better when put them together. I often happen to buy the top and bottom at the retail price despite I come for the sale. However I come back again as I wear those clothes a lot, and I'm convinced eventually. There is a little secret on the mirrors to make look us nicer, we look slightly slimmer. Mum bought a floral dress and a cardigan with delicate designs on the sides, recommended by the staff. It's recommended to anyone who wants to take time for shopping while enjoying conversation with the staff as there are normally not many customers there. You'd better to watch out as you might regret when you haven't got enough budget to shop.
I always come to this store to buy presents for my father. This time, I was recommended the item from the store associate who were helping other customer in the fitting room, and I wanted to buy it as soon as possible, but was told to wait a little bit, and I thought I cannot help it since she was dealing with other customer, but she kept me waiting for another 20 minutes or so, and she did not even ask for help to another store associates. However I waited, she would not serve me, so I started to line up for the cashier, and she said other people would help me but nobody served me, and the lady who showed the item first pretended like she did not see me and after awhile a male store associate helped me. I have an experience working in the sales company, and I understand that sometimes you cannot help keep custmers waiting. But she could have asked for help to another workers or could have apologize the wait for the customers. I was so uncomfortable since I went to buy presents.
I was not sure what I wanted to buy, but the store associate helped me find it when I told her what kind of things my friend would like. It was one of the busiest time on Sunday, but she took her time and served me, and she suggested items or gave me advice. In the end, I decided on a cardigan, but I had to buy one for myself as well. There were a few customers but I liked how the store associates were not like a salesmen, and they served me kindly. Even when I pay, we talked about cosmetics, and I could fully enjoy the shopping from the begining to the end.
I've been using a wallet for a long time but finally I found a hole in coin space. So I decided to buy a new good wallet and went to the shop. The shop has relaxed atmosphere and a salesclerk gave me his business card. This is the service that luxury brand can do. When I asked him what I'm looking for, he explained the wallets on displays one by one. The wallets are displayed with a key, and he put on gloves to show me the wallets. After I thought over, I bought a long wallet with waxed leather. It was wrapped in a fancy box and put in the nice bag. ( I can't even get rid of both the box and the bag.) I was so satisfied with the wallet itself and its design. I'm sure that I can use it for a long life.
I bought a jacket for my firther's gift. I was ckecking and thinking which one makes him young, and I hope he can use for both casual and business. At the moment, a salesclerk asked me and gave me advise nicely. Finally I chose a tweedy jucket that she recommended as a gift.The shop has relaxed atmosphere and easy to walk in. I was satisfied with shopping and It was really good to give my father a good present.
I bought a white simple cotton shirt. I was looking for a simple white shirt that I can coordinate it by itself with jeans for summer. I checked other brands and fast fashion, but they have a shirt with unique silhouette or one point. I couldn't find anything I liked. Finally I found this shop. There is a female salesclerk at my age, and she gave me advice of a point of her view. I bought a white shirt which have small flower printed behind simple and luxury collar and sleeves. This is the shirt that is not too trend, so I can wear it for long. Paul Smith is the shop that gave me advice for fashion which has a sense of freshness and good impression. I think I can trust the brand for my life. The shop has multi-stripe pattern wall as its trademark, so I'm excited to be there.
I went to Paul Smith to look for a shirt. I was not able to buy the shirt when I visited before, and this time there wasn't the shirt when I went there. However, a salesclerk recommended a different shirt and purchased it because It had the same style. The shop was small, but a salesclerk looked for my favorite items nicely. So I thought that service was considerate well. It's a little hard to find the shop, but somehow I can find it.
I liked my ZIPPO lighter from PAUL SMITH given as a gift but I lost it and I went to the shop to buy another one. There was no other customers other than myself and it didn't look busy at all.
I told a shop assistant what I was looking for and she tried to find it, looking through their catalogue. However, they didn't seem to have many lighters coming in an she looked a bit annoyed. I couldn't find the same one or anything I liked but it was a shame that the way of she served me spoiled everything while the items were nice. I hesitate to go to other shops as I don't think I can find it anywhere else as I had no luck there in a department store.
We bought a unisex shorts and men's trousers.
All the shop assistants had wide knowledge of general men's clothing, not only PAUL SMITH brand's. I felt they liked clothes.
When my husband asked for alteration to turn the trousers' hems up, he just said as 'at around ankles' but a shop assistant said 'Shorter length will make thems look nicer for this style' then showed us by folding the hems.
It was only a few centimetre difference but they look more sophisticated and I was impressed. We went there about 6 months later and the same shop assistant served us, recommended a shirt that would suit the trousers my husband bought before. I felt the staff understood what customers wanted. However he was never too pushy. Kagawa is my hometown and we both always enjoy shopping there whenever we visit my parents.
They always serve me nicely with smiles, suggest and recommend what I would like.
Also the direct mail they send me always makes me laugh or give me encouragement. They care such things and it makes me learn and think that I have to work hard, too.
They are supposed to have many shops in Osaka but I'll only go to this shop. :-)
