Because I wanted to buy a new wallet, I went to this shop. I'd been checking the new arrivals via online and mail order but I was very satisfied that the staff brought various types of wallet to show me when I went there. Although I went to this LOUIS VUITTON shop for the first time, I could take time and enjoy shopping as the staff politely served me in the chic atmosphere. If you tell them about your preferred items, they will give you the detailed information on sale timing, price and shops. It's very easy to find as the shop is in front of Urawa station.
I purchased a clemence wallet by Louis Vuitton in Fukuoka Daimaru. I didn’t have too much time and everything had to be rushed, but they understood my situation and they explained me about the items precisely. The store was very spacious and as they wrap what I have purchased, they served me a cup of coffee. The very next day of my purchase, I received an email from the store associate that I talked to, and she even remembered the small talk we had in store and she included that in the message and I was very impressed. I have never been to a store that really serves you to the individuals so I replied to her, and soon after I got another reply and I really appreciate their customer service.
The store was spacioius but it was packed with a lot of customers…. I often purchase items from them, but to be honest, I never had a satisfying customer service before. I know that they are busy, but I was wondering if they could change a little better. I cannot believe this was a expensive brand store. I still go to Louis Vuitton inside Takashimaya in Yokohama since they are the "closest". They had items in variety too. Once I bought two bags, and I told them one was for the present, but they forgot to wrap it as a gift. I had to complain at that time about it.. I have purchased in different locations couple of times, but the customer service would vary depending on the locations. They carried good quality items, but it seemed like to me that they had not have a standarlized training for customer service.
I bought a bag and a card case for my own reward. I had never bought anything from brand shop in department store, so I looked forward to it as well as being a bit nervous. I went there with my work colleague at that time.
The inside was bright with warm lighting and there were many bags and wallets placed in beautiful, cute and cool styles, it looked like an exhibition. There was a spiral stairs at the end of the shop that led us to upstairs where they had shoes and bags. The staff was very polite and calm, she looked for the items that would suit me. She was casually wearing an item from their own brand and looked cool.
I bought a long wallet. I've wanted to buy it and found lots of varieties of wallets in LOUIS VUITTON. I asked a salesclerk to show me some wallets in the display, and finally I decided. It took a lot of time to choose the one, but because the salesclerk showed me new and popular wallets I was satisfied with the purchase. The shop is big, and there were many customers for shopping. I came here to buy a bag with my mother before. It was so nice that the salesclerk still remembered me. In any LOUIS VUITTON, they all wear suits and give me poite service, which makes me feel great for shopping.
I bought a bag at LOUIS VUITTON with my bonus. This is an expensive purchase for me, so I decided to buy it very carefully. All salesclerks are beautiful, and that made me nervous. But they talked me nicely so I was relieved. I really wanted the popular design. The salesclerks were charming, and I felt good about it. The shop is a nice place for shopping and has polite service, so that's why it's always crowded. They put my initial in the bag. I was so satisfied and left the shop. I want to visit there again.
I love LOUIS VUITTON, the most famous luxurious brand, and I like the wallets a lot among their items.
I used to think that the quality of LOUIS VUITTON's staff was high standard and I now believe it's the top, best of all among other luxury brands. Also the female shop assistants are outstandingly beautiful. I think it's a world leading brand that keeps staying as an existence always being noticeable, including for window shopping.
I went to this shop to buy a bag I wanted for a long time. I asked a shop assistant to show me the bag in both Monogram and Damier.
She treated me very kindly without any annoying face.
She said 'Please hold them both' and I bought one after the long consideration in front of the mirror. She was very nice and happily accepted when I asked her to engrave my name on a key case I bought some time ago. It's a shop I want to visit again.

There was a security guard at the entrance and it was enough to make me feel nervous.
The inside was big and very sophisticated. I almost decided what to buy beforehand and I took time to choose just the shape and colour. The shop assistant was very kind and polite, I got nervous. However it was really a wonderful shopping experience. The item is useful and I love it. I was also pleased with the wrap that was beautifully done.
The end of last year my mother retired. I go to work by my car, but recently increase opportunities to use public transportation like a train or a bus. Both my mother and I like LOUIS VUITTON, so I decided to buy LOUIS VUITTON’s card case and put IC card into it as gifts for my mother. The staffs who waited on me was very mature, and suggested color she recommends when I couldn’t decide. She asked me about the present, then praised the idea of my gift so much. I thought that’s worthy of the good service. All staffs are humble and polite. That’s why we can enter this shop easily without pressure like overseas brands. I was satisfied with good shopping, so want to give my mother this present soon.
